Internships & Externships Gain career experience with a WILD twist
College-aged individuals and recent college graduates are invited to spend a semester working alongside our talented Zoo staff. These opportunities offer valuable experience in a unique setting for future professionals in many areas.
What We Offer
- Paid opportunities in animal care and education
- Unpaid opportunities for veterinary students
- Applicants should be college-aged or recent college graduates
- College students are encouraged to seek class credit, but it is not required
- Interns are expected to work 30-40 hrs/wk for 12 weeks
- In addition to daily responsibilities, interns are expected to attend training sessions and complete special projects during their internship term
- We are not able to accept international students at this time
