To Give the Certificate:
When you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email from orders@nashvillezoo.org containing your confirmation with the order number for the gift certificate.
To give the certificate to the final recipient, you can either:
- Forward the original confirmation email you received to the recipient's email address. The recipient will then be able to print or show the certificate on their phone at the Zoo's Membership Sales Building to redeem.
- Download and print the certificate template or create your own, either way make sure the Order Number is included!
TIP: If you cannot find or did not receive the confirmation email, use the Order Look-up feature on our website to view your receipt or print the certificate.
To Redeem the Certificate:
To activate their new Zoo membership, the recipient should present the certificate, either printed or digital, to the cashier at the Zoo's Membership Sales Building upon their first visit.
As a reminder, membership gift certificates do not expire and are non-refundable. Just like a gift card, the certificate is not assigned to a specific person, the bearer may redeem.
Restrictions
- Offer not available through the regular Zoo website or onsite, purchase must be made through the special link above.
- Valid on Gift Certificate-starts when redeemed only, not applicable on previous purchases.
- Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
- Offer expires at 11:59 PM on December 31, 2025.
- The certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be redeemed for a membership.
